Changing our government with new "plans" or "policies" is NOT the answer . . . .
 RESTORING the Constitution in the tradition of the founding fathers IS the answer.

Hi, my name is Kirk Pearson. I live in Lake Point, Utah, which is in Tooele County. I have been married 21 years. We have 3 children; our 2 daughters are 10 and 15 and we have a 19 year old son. They are the greatest blessing God has given us.

I started my own construction business over 25 years ago, doing what I love to do -building custom homes. I have seen many up and down turns in the economy, but through those 25 years I have never run my business in debt. That alone qualifies me for Congress more than 99% of those who are in Congress now.

What makes me different from my opponents is the teams we have chosen to play on. Every social ill that America has is a direct result of my opponents' teams: the Democrat and Republican parties. The Republicans have controlled all three branches of government for the past 6 years, yet things have actually gotten worse. Americans are still lulled into believing that if we put a good person in office they will go back and fix the problems.   They actually are unable to do it because they have to go back and work on the Republican Democratic teams.  The proof of this is all the others that we have elected for the past 40 years who have not been bad choices. Our newly elected Congressmen want to keep their principles and play with the team, but the team tells them the game is played differently, and if they want to play, there is a certain way they get things done.  For awhile our newly elected Congressmen sit on the sidelines trying to make changes, but by and by they want to get into the game so they start to give in to the team's way of doing things, compromising their principles,  just so they can play.

You know exactly what I’m talking about.  America is at a crisis. We cannot let these two teams continue.  America became the greatest nation in the world from following correct principles, those found and preserved in our Constitution when it is interpreted in the tradition of the founding fathers.  We don’t have to re-invent the wheel. “Change” is not the answer.  Restoration is! We need to go back to our founding documents, and do exactly what our forefathers showed us was possible.

If you want more of the same type of government you've been getting, then either of my opponents will suit you fine.  I am the only candidate in this race who is totally committed to restoring our Constitution and I have the team behind me to back me up, men and women who won't compromise their principles just to play the political game.  The Constitution Party is the third largest party in the country and it is the fastest growing party in the nation.  The reason for this growth is simple -- Americans want to live by the principles that made our country great.  Americans want to go back to the basic truths that we all know in our hearts is the right way to live.   Thank you for your support.
